Grueby Pottery square overlapping leaf square bowl, with sixteen well tooled leaves on the sides of this classic pinched rim form in their famous curdled matte green glaze. The interior is a gloss cream color with crazing. It measures about 7 inches square and 3 inches high. It is in great condition with only a 1/4" firing or crazing line near one corner which doesn't go to the outside and no chips, cracks, or repairs. Marked with the earlier Grueby Faience Boston USA circular die-stamp, 119, and faint illegible modeler initials.
