Grueby Pottery & Tile Co tulip tile, a classic design with an unusual coloration of white tulip on pumpkin ochre ground and their famous well curdled matte green glazes. It measures 6 inches square and about 1 inch thick. (12" square framed). Unmarked with the exception of the initials of the glazer, LC.. There is repair to a break on the lower right corner and left side corner chips filled in but it is in otherwise in presentable condition. Framed in a custom arts & crafts oak frame.
