Edwin and Mary Scheier studio pottery footed vase with a glossy rust brown and black colored glaze and some scribed lines from the throwing. Thrown by Mary and made of their 1950's beige clay with a lighter gray tan glaze interior. It measures about 7 1/4 inches tall and 3 7/8 in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs. Signed Scheier inside the foot.
