William Selzer Rice (1873-1963) watercolor titled “View of Laguna N.M.” depicting adobe houses on a hill with an outdoor oven. The image measures 12 inches wide by 9 inches high. This print has been archivally mounted, matted, and framed in a new arts & crafts style oak frame which measures 19 3/8 inches wide by 16 7/8 inches high. Signed, titled, and dated on the back. There are no condition issues. Born in Manheim Pennsylvania, Rice lived and worked in Stockton CA when this was made before settling in Oakland California. A beautiful piece by a famous Arts & Crafts period artist.
