William Selzer Rice (1873-1963) watercolor, untitled, depicting pink clouds above a hilly landscape with trees. The image measures 14 inches wide by 11 inches high. This piece has been archivally mounted, matted, and framed in a new arts & crafts style oak frame which measures 21 3/8 inches wide by 18 7/8 inches high. Signed lower right. There are no condition issues. Born in Manheim Pennsylvania, Rice lived and worked in Stockton CA before settling in Oakland California in 1910. A beautiful piece by a famous Arts & Crafts period artist.
