Rookwood Pottery scenic landscape vellum glaze plaque by Ed Diers. Titled "Mountain Stream" with the original label and frame. It depicts a mountain with trees on the edge of a river in a blue, green, white, and gray scene and a pale sky. The porcelain plaque measures 9 1/8 inches x 5 inches, framed 14 3/4” x 10 5/8”. Signed with the artist's cypher on the face and on the back with the RP die-stamp and XVIII for 1918. It is well painted and with good color, and in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs and only typical crazing.
