Rookwood Pottery Iris glaze vase
$0.00
Rookwood Pottery iris glaze vase decorated by Elizaberth Lincoln. It has a horizontal design of acorns and oak leaves surrounding the shoulder against a shaded black to gray green ground. It measures 5 7/8 inches tall and 3 3/8 inches in diameter at the widest. Marked with the RP die-stamp, X for 1910, shape #1369F, a "W" for white clay, the Iris glaze designation, and L.N.L. for the artist. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs, just one small scratch and the typical fine crazing. A nice early piece of Rookwood's artistry in arts & crafts pottery.
