Rookwood Pottery production three sided dish with a frog perched on the edge in a smooth matte olive green glaze with a brown blush. Designed by Kataro Shirayamadani. It measures about 5 3/4 inches across and about 1 1/4 inches high. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws. Marks include the RP die-stamped mark, XXVI for 1926, and shape number 2765. A beautiful example of Rookwood's figural production art pottery.
