Rookwood Pottery porcelain vase decorated by William E. Hentschel. It has intricate decoration of flowers in oval panels against a blue lattice over white ground. It measures 6 1/2 inches tall and 5 3/4 inches in diameter at the widest. Marked with the RP die-stamp, XXII for 1922, shape number 1091D, and the incised cypher for the artist. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs, and no crazing. A beautiful piece of Rookwood Pottery.
