Saturday Evening Girl’s Paul Revere Pottery plate decorated with an incised landscape tree band. There are green trees and hills, brown trunks, tan ground, and blue sky against a deep blue green ground. A classic design, inspired by the book illustrations of Edith Brown. It is signed S.E.G., dated 7-19, and with decorator initials AM for Albina Mangini. It measures 7 5/8 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches high. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws, just a tiny pimple to the glaze in the center. An excellent piece of Arts and Crafts New England art pottery.
