Teco Pottery vase with four top to bottom buttress open handles. It is shape number 435 A in the Teco catalog designed by W. D. Gates. It has the famous Teco matte green glaze and a little charcoaling. It measures 7 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. It is in great condition with only two small chips to lower foot edges repaired, and a tiny nick at the top of one touched up and no other chips, cracks, or firing flaws. Signed twice with the firm's die-stamped mark. A quintessential form by the famous Chicago Arts & Crafts Prairie School Art Pottery.
